At Sundance we strive to develop a strong partnership with each parent. When you first enroll at Sundance you will be asked to fill out a parent interview. This will help us get to know you and your child. To enroll your child, please complete the forms below and return to us. We will get back to you to schedule a start date and welcome you to our school.
